Cookie Policy

Last updated 9 October 2026

This page explains the cookies this site uses, what each one is for, and how to choose which ones you allow.

In short

  • Necessary cookies keep your basket, your account and your payment working. They are always on.
  • Analytics and marketing cookies are only used if you allow them.
  • You can change your mind at any time — use the Cookie settings button below, or the link at the foot of every page.

What Cookies Are

A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser, so it can remember something between pages or visits — what is in your basket, or that you are signed in. Similar technologies, such as a browser’s local storage, work in the same way, and this page covers them too.

How We Use Them

We group the cookies we use by what they are for:

  • Necessary — needed for the site to work: your basket, signing in, checking out and keeping card payments secure. The law allows these without asking, and the site cannot work without them.
  • Analytics — help us understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited, so we can improve it. Only used if you allow them.
  • Marketing — let us and our advertising partners show you relevant ads elsewhere and measure how well our ads work. Only used if you allow them.

When you first visit, we ask which of the optional groups you are happy to allow. Nothing from those groups runs until you say yes. We keep a record of your choice — a random ID, what you chose and when — so we can show we asked; it is not linked to your account.

The Cookies We Use

Changing Your Choices

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time. Your choice is remembered for 12 months, and we will ask again if the cookies we use change.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings. If you block necessary cookies, parts of the site — your basket and checkout in particular — will not work.
