The Backbone One: PlayStation Mobile Gaming Controller USB-C White Edition is meticulously designed to transform your smartphone into a sophisticated gaming console, suitable for avid gamers. It is compatible with numerous USB-C-equipped devices, encompassing the latest iPhone 15 and Android models. This feature ensures that gamers can enjoy a seamless integration with their mobile devices.
This controller borrows its ergonomic design from the PlayStation DualSense wireless controller, providing a familiar and comfortable gaming experience. It supports a wide array of games available on the App Store, Google Play, and even Netflix Games. Additionally, the controller is equipped with magnetic adapters and a redesigned D-pad that enhances responsiveness across various game genres. For gamers who prefer their action on bigger screens, the Backbone One facilitates PS Remote Play, Xbox Remote Play, and Steam Link, enabling the streaming of console and PC games directly to the phone.
The Backbone app complements the physical features of the controller by organising games and streaming services into a cohesive user interface, elevating the overall gaming experience. The controller’s design includes a USB-C port for pass-through charging and a 3.5mm headset jack for in-game communication. Importantly, it operates without a separate battery, drawing minimal power from the phone itself, which allows for extended gameplay without the need for frequent recharging. This makes the Backbone One: PlayStation Mobile Gaming Controller USB-C Edition a must-have accessory for serious mobile gamers, blending enhanced control with broad compatibility and ease of use.
