Returns Policy

Last updated 15 September 2026.

We want you to be happy with what you have bought. If you are not, this page explains how to send it back, what you get refunded, and where you stand if something arrives faulty. Your legal rights sit alongside everything below and are never reduced by it.

In short

If you have changed your mind

You have 30 days from the date of your order to tell us you would like to return an unwanted item. It must come back unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, labels and seals intact, and complete with any accessories, cables or documentation it arrived with.

If your order takes a while to reach you — a back-ordered line, for example — you always have at least 14 days from the day it was delivered, whichever of the two windows ends later.

Opened items and broken seals

Almost everything we sell is sealed by its manufacturer, and a sealed box is worth more than an opened one. You are entitled to handle an item as much as you would in a shop, but if it comes back opened, used, or with a broken seal, we can only sell it on as open-box stock — so we will reduce your refund to reflect what the item is now worth. That reduction is assessed on the item in front of us and can be up to 50% of what you paid. We will always tell you the figure and why before the refund is processed.

The simplest way to avoid a deduction: if you think you might send it back, do not break the seal.

What we cannot take back

None of these exceptions apply if the item is faulty. A faulty game is still a faulty game, sealed or not.

If it arrived faulty or damaged

You have 30 days from the day your order was delivered to reject a faulty item and get a full refund, including what you paid for delivery. Get in touch and we will arrange it — do not post anything back before speaking to us, because for some products the manufacturer handles the process directly and sending it to us first only slows it down.

After those 30 days, you are entitled to a repair or a replacement. If neither puts it right, you can then ask for a refund. For the first six months after delivery, we treat a fault as having been there from the start unless there is evidence otherwise.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged in transit, tell us within 48 hours of delivery so we can raise it with the courier while the claim window is open.

Warranties

We are a retailer, not a manufacturer. The warranty on a product is set and honoured by whoever made it, and the term varies enormously — three years on a processor, four on some graphics cards, twelve months on a great deal else, and occasionally conditional on registering the product online. Where a manufacturer states a term, you will find it in that product’s description on its page.

A warranty is in addition to your legal rights, not instead of them. Some manufacturers ask that warranty claims go to them directly, and where that is the case we will tell you who to contact and what they need.

How to return something

  1. Email us at shopping@paragongaming.co.uk with your order number and what you would like to return. We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
  2. Pack it properly. The item goes back in its original packaging, and that packaging goes inside an outer box. Do not write on, tape up or post the manufacturer’s box on its own — damage caused by poor return packaging comes out of the refund.
  3. Write the RMA number on the outside and include your proof of purchase.
  4. Send it to:

Paragon Gaming
Attn: Returns, RMA #
Unit 15, Sparrowhawk Close
Malvern, Worcestershire WR14 1GL
United Kingdom

Return postage is yours to pay on an unwanted item, and we strongly recommend a tracked service — until it reaches us, it is your parcel. If the item is faulty, the return is on us and we will arrange the label.

Your refund

We inspect every return, and process it within 7 days of it reaching us. You will get an email when that happens. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, and your bank or card provider may take another day or two — occasionally a full billing cycle — to show it.

We refund what you paid for the item, plus the standard delivery charge you paid to receive it. If you chose an upgraded delivery service, we refund the standard rate rather than the upgrade. Where you are returning one item from a larger order, the delivery charge stays with the rest of the order.
